I'm Mark Hashimi

I’ve lived high stress and burnout in fast paced corporate settings, as a parent, and while running my own businesses. I even ended up in hospital trying to be perfect and please everyone around me, putting my own needs last.

I decided enough was enough, I trained in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, became a certified EMDR trauma therapist, and walked the shamanic path, blending ancient healing with modern science.
