FAQs:

  • Is this weekly therapy?

    • No. It's self-paced educational training, grounded in psychotherapy and aimed at self-regulation. Some of my clients/students have found this programme helpful alongside therapy, although that's not a prerequisite.

  • How long does it take each day?

    • The programme is designed to be completed in 1 week. 15-30 minutes a day is sufficient. There is a daily video introducing a new practice (about 10-15 minutes long) and some daily integration/reflection tasks to bring this to life in real-time (Allow 15 minutes for reflection).

  • Will this help with anxiety and overwhelm?

    • Yes - especially if overthinking fuels both. In fact, our thoughts, create our feelings, which manifest into behaviours and all kinds of mental health problems. So this can help with anyone who struggles with their mental health.

  • Is this for beginners or advanced?

    • Both. The frameworks work whether you're new to this work or whether you've had years of therapy.

  • Is this CBT?

    • No. There is one CBT model we draw upon at the beginning, but the programme is more holistic, integrating cognitive reprogramming, psychotherapy, spirituality, the law of attraction, the law of mentalism, the law of correspondence, transactional analysis, inner-child need mapping + more.

  • Will it be safe?

    • Yes. This course is designed and facilitated by Mark Hashimi — an accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, EMDR and trauma practitioner, and certified transactional analyst with years of experience supporting both common and complex mental health challenges. The tools inside are grounded in psychological principles and nervous system regulation. That said, this course is educational and self-guided. It is not a substitute for psychiatric care, diagnosis, or personalised therapy. If you are currently experiencing severe mental health distress, please seek appropriate professional support alongside this training.
